The AADE Timologio application is completely free and anyone with knowledge and a little experience can use it to issue their invoices.
The packages we offer include the complete setup of the Timologio application as well as the process of issuing the invoices with the corresponding benefits and limits included in each of them.

No you don't need to change Accountant as long as you keep your business books elsewhere. The service is purely about issuing invoices.
Of course. In case you want us to take over your Bookkeeping and Invoicing, we can design the best possible subscription package for you.
Subscription packages are annual, and there is no package currently available with a month-to-month fee. In addition, they concern the customer who buys them for 1 VAT number only (e.g. in case someone has a sole proprietorship and participates in a company as well, he will have to buy 2 different packages if he wants us to undertake the invoicing for both companies). Finally, the above prices do not include VAT of 24%.
You can get in touch with our office in case you want a subscription longer than 1 year so that we can make you a special offer if possible.
If you see that the package you have chosen does not meet your requirements, then you can upgrade to a larger one at any time or contact us in order to find the best possible solution.
Of course. With each renewal (yearly), the limits and benefits of each package are also renewed. This means that if e.g. you have purchased the Standard package and after one year you renew, you will be able to issue 12 invoices, 12 customers, 12 items/services, etc., as if it were a new package.
You can in the following ways:
- either by sending us the order or by filling out the timologioTE form specially designed for issuing invoices
- or send us an email with the necessary invoice details (which we will have informed you about when purchasing your package)
- or send us a text message via SMS or Viber or What's Up or Messenger
- or in the event that none of the above is possible to contact our office by phone in order to arrange it
Depending on the package you choose, and as long as you contact us within the hours specified in each package, the invoice is issued in a period of time from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the workload. If you contact us out of hours it will be issued within the next working day (meaning we do not serve Saturday and Sunday) as soon as possible.
No it is not binding. In the event that you wish to purchase an application of the market, or have already purchased, then upon consultation we can set it up and issue the invoices from there.
No. This feature is not provided by AADE's Timologio application, but we believe that in the near future, no application will be able to issue invoices and documents earlier or later as that is what AADE and the general operation of MyData is intended for.
Depending on the subscription package you purchase, you can choose from the following types of documents:

It should be noted that if you choose to add 2 or more rows to any of the above document types, then this is added and counted as a document type for the subscription packages, ie if you want to issue 2 rows from the document type Service Invoice, let it be A and B, and the subscription package gives you up to 2 types of documents, then using these 2 series you run out and if you want to issue a Sales Invoice or another different type of document you will have to upgrade the subscription your.
In this case we will have to be patient for as long as the above malfunction lasts. On a case-by-case basis and if there is an extremely great need (e.g. risk of an immediate fine), you will be able to contact us in order to try to find alternative solutions. However, if this malfunction exists, market programs may not be able to transmit directly.
In the event that our office experiences a technical failure and we cannot access the internet to issue the document, then we will use external data via a mobile device (phone, tablet, laptop) in order to issue the invoice in time and serve you.
Although this case is highly unlikely at least in the long term, then we will be by your side to find an alternative solution either by choosing perhaps a different freeware that might be available or guiding you to choose a market program that suits your needs. .
In this case we will inform you in time by providing all the necessary information in order to either cover the cost or choose another possibly free application that will be available or choose to buy another market application.
